Main Tasks And Responsibilities Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications that are understandable for technical teams;
Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and regulatory/operational reporting;
Prepare and maintain functional documentation;
Facilitate continuous communication between business and technical teams.
Profile Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
Previous experience working with Payments or Mission-critical Financial systems;
Basic knowledge of dataand integration (APIs, messaging, files) will be valued;
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and proactivity.
