We are looking for a Product Manager to support the development and evolution of Vidispine's product portfolio, including media asset management, workflow orchestration, and video infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to shape product direction, support delivery, and ensure solutions meet real user and market needs. What you'll do Product Strategy & Direction - Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization - Support product positioning, pricing, and packaging decisions - Help identify opportunities across media, streaming, and enterprise video ecosystems - Contribute to defining product value and use cases Market & Customer Insight - Monitor industry trends (e.g., streaming, cloud, media workflows) - Support market and competitor analysis - Engage with customers to understand workflows and challenges - Translate feedback into product improvements and roadmap inputs Collaboration & Enablement - Work with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align priorities - Support creation of product materials (e.g., demos, presentations, documentation) - Contribute to internal enablement by sharing product knowledge - Participate in customer discussions and workshops Execution & Delivery - Partner with engineering teams to support delivery of product features - Contribute to planning, backlog refinement, and release activities - Help ensure solutions integrate effectively across systems and workflows - Monitor product adoption and gather insights for continuous improvement Representation & Learning - Participate in industry events, customer sessions, or internal discussions - Stay informed on developments in media technology and product practices Experience - Experience in product management or related roles (e.g., product owner, solutions engineering, consulting) - Experience working with software products, platforms, or technical solutions - Exposure to media, video, or content workflows is helpful but not required Skills - Ability to balance customer, business, and technical perspectives - Understanding of product development processes and lifecycle - Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or platform-based solutions - Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders - Clear and structured communication skills Technical Knowledge - Media asset management (MAM) or digital asset management (DAM) systems - Video workflows, streaming platforms, or content lifecycle processes - Cloud technologies, APIs, or SaaS environments - General understanding of media formats or processing Qualifications - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Media Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience - Additional product or business-related education is beneficial but not required Additional Information - Eligibility to work in the country of residence is required - Occasional travel may be involved - Work in an international and collaborative environment Why Join Vidispine - Work on media technology products used globally - Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams - Gain exposure to evolving media workflows and cloud platforms - Opportunities for learning and professional development
