Job Summary:
Transport Performance Coordinator
This role is responsible for optimizing transport operations, monitoring carrier efficiency, and reporting to procurement management on global performance metrics. The Transport Performance Coordinator will also engage proactively with customers and support operations as the first escalation point.

Requirements:
* Strong background in logistics and transportation
* Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding in air, sea, and land transportation
* Familiarity with customs regulations
* Customer-centric approach and stress management skills
* Ability to work independently with remote teams
* Proficient working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Office (especially Excel)
