This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with their booking inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings and related inquiries.Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and payment questions.Handle customer complaints professionally and strive to resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to offer enhanced solutions and improve the customer service experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest Booking.Com products, policies, and industry trends.RequirementsFluency in Danish (both written and spoken);
