Job Description
* Design, implement, and optimize C++ applications for financial modeling and algorithmic trading
* Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to translate investment strategies into efficient code
* Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems
* Implement and optimize complex algorithms for data analysis and financial calculations
* Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
* Continuously improve system performance and reliability
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in C++ and financial technology
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in the IT area or equivalent.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in C++ development.
* Sound knowledge of object-oriented languages and software architectures.
* Significant experience using C++.
* Experience in the use of Python and Shell.
* Familiarity with Jira and CMake are a plus.
* Active participation on the code reviews and tech/architecture discussions.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
