What You'll Do Own data integrity in SuccessFactors EC for Europe & IMEA Support Compensation and Performance Management modules Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation Collaborate with HRIS on new feature rollouts (e.g., Document Composer) Manage project tasks and workflows via Jira Coordinate with Payroll to ensure smooth SF–SAP data alignment Support reporting, dashboards, and data preparation What You Bring Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ideally EC, Compensation, or PM) Strong attention to detail and comfort working with HR data Experience documenting processes (SOPs) Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset Proactive approach to identifying and improving processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment Fluent English; German is a plus Why Join Work in a collaborative, international team Contribute directly to HR digitalisation across multiple regions Be part of a growing function with continuous new projects Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same #J-18808-Ljbffr
