- Take ownership of team architecture, providing a system-wide view and design guidance.
- Write exemplary, clean code that motivates your team to follow best practices and maintain high quality.
- Drive engineering engagement best practices, including Operational Excellence, Security, and Quality, setting standards across teams.
- Influence software decisions and build consensus when confronted with differing opinions.
- Lead large projects, dividing work effectively across team members for cohesive project delivery.What You'll Bring- Awareness or previous experience in using agile methodologies.
- Consolidated experience in ReactJS.
- Experienced with Automated testing and mocking techniques.
- Experience in writing Clean code.
- Experience in using established design patterns.
