Your Role:
* Provide outstanding customer support to users of our Betting App
* Assist customers with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
* Provide expert advice on app usage, betting features, and technical troubleshooting
* Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including night shifts, to support our customers around the clock
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service at all times
Requirements:
* Native Portuguese (European) and English at a B2 level
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Availability for rotating shifts, including night shifts, and 2 days off (rotative)
