Account Manager Core Business (m/f/d) – Wound Care division, center of Portugal. The role acts as both a strategic sales partner and a consultant for customers, driving sustainable business growth, ensuring optimal clinical usage of the Mölnlycke portfolio, increasing customer satisfaction, and supporting efficient adoption of Mölnlycke solutions. Responsibilities Achieve agreed sales targets by targeting activity into existing customers and by identifying and developing new accounts to maintain a constant flow of new business opportunities. Develop and present commercial offers, in line with local pricing guidelines, and manage customer profitability effectively through company strategy and value proposition. Develop and execute Account Plans, Sales Opportunities, pre‐tenders and tenders for the territory, securing strong and qualified sales and projects pipelines aligned with company strategic drivers. Be responsible for field close follow‐up of regional tenders in the different steps. Educate key stakeholders within accounts in main topics such as cost efficiency, sustainability and product usage as well as the overall competitiveness of the Mölnlycke Health Care value proposition. Communicate our solution offer by different tools: visits, group meeting presentations, etc. Identify opportunities in all market segments: home care, acute care, long‐term care. Use sales tools (Veeva CRM, Power BI, promotional materials) to identify, prioritise, and implement projects. Create and maintain a high‐quality Wound contact person database. All functions described in the procedures of the Integrated Management System. Qualifications Solid commercial experience in the Medical Devices sector (minimum 2–3 years); preferable in the Wound Care area. Preferred area of residence Coimbra/Aveiro. Strong communication, customer focus, training and collaboration skills. High level of responsibility and autonomy. Resilience and problem‐solving mindset. Negotiation skills. Ability to innovate, influence, and manage relationships effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
