Optimisation Manager – Lead daily, high‐velocity site optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across global accounts. Responsibilities Daily campaign management, QA, and rapid deployment of site optimisation roadmap. Build, launch, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests, and personalisation campaigns to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, and paid‐media teams for rapid asset production and execution. Monitor live campaign performance in real‐time, identifying drops, bugs, or conversion opportunities. Synthesize test results into actionable insights, compile weekly performance reports, and demonstrate ROI to the Optimisation Lead. Build, manage, and optimise dynamic audience segments for targeted messaging using CDPs and web analytics tools. Act as super‐user and administrator for the stack of optimisation, analytics, and CMS platforms. Ensure accurate implementation of tracking codes, analytics tags, and event‐tracking parameters on all optimalised pages. Qualifications Hands‐on experience with site optimisation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, or similar. Proficiency in setting up custom reports, segments, and event tracking in web analytics suites (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude). Experience editing, publishing, and running personalisation initiatives within enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Shopify). Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium) and their real‐time audience activation. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including how they affect browser rendering and A/B test implementation. High‐velocity mindset, agile sprint competency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to uncover the "why" behind user behaviour. Excellent communication skills that bridge creative, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
