Responsibilities
The Execution Officers team plays a central role in the organization by managing and coordinating transversally across Real Assets business lines, the initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests in coordination with Relationship Managers (RMs). Also, support the Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) teams on administrative and operational aspects related to the deal‑life‑cycle of the transactions.
Your Main Activities
* Develop an understanding of the Real Assets businesses, and the internal KYC flag requirements for their transactions and clients
* Initiation and follow-up of KYC requests (both onboarding and recertification)
* Coordinate the gathering of all documents and materials required by KYC teams for the on‑boarding process
* Develop an understanding of the materials required by different KYC jurisdictions
* Anticipate bottlenecks so they can be escalated / addressed in a timely manner so processes are completed ahead of the anticipated transaction launch date
Profile and Skills to Success
* Graduate degree in Law or other fields with special interest in regulatory topics
* Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
* Ability to communicate and develop good working relationships with different departments (CPM, RMs, Middle Office, Finance, Risk, Legal)
* Availability, initiative, commitment and curiosity
* Flexible, good team player
* Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining good standards
