Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and support Vidinet MAM projects, ensuring seamless workflows tailored to client needs.
* Assist clients during requirements gathering and system specification, providing expert advice and guidance.
* Develop and maintain test/integration environments, leveraging technical skills in SQL, RESTful APIs, scripting, and Linux server administration.
* Integrate third-party systems via RESTful APIs, fostering collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
* Support GoLive activities and perform system testing with clients, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including issue analysis, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Create and maintain documentation and training customer support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, demonstrating academic excellence and a strong foundation in relevant disciplines.
* Experience with media IT systems and Media Asset Management software, showcasing technical prowess and hands-on expertise.
* Understanding of broadcast/media workflows and technologies, ensuring a deep grasp of industry nuances and complexities.
* Knowledge of video/audio codecs and file formats, highlighting adaptability and willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, emphasizing exceptional interpersonal and soft skills.
