ABOUT US
We're a global packaging company with a passion for creating unique, high-quality solutions for the spirits industry — because great drinks deserve equally great packaging. From custom closures that make a satisfying click to bespoke glass bottles, labels, and cartons, we handle everything needed to deliver a full turnkey solution (and no, sadly that doesn't include turning the key to the distillery).
Our teams are spread across America, Portugal, and the UK, and we're now on the lookout for a Project Manager who can bring structure, prioritization, and vision to our diverse and fast-paced range of projects — especially in the development and production of premium spirit closures.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Project Manager who can keep our projects flowing smoothly — like a perfectly aged single malt. You'll be the one ensuring timelines are adhered to, keeping communication crisp, and coordinating with our international teams and suppliers with finesse.
Your main focus will be our premium spirits closures portfolio, and you'll become a vital part of our passionate team based in Rio Meão, Portugal — a place where creativity and craftsmanship meet a healthy dose of caffeine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead product development projects from the first sketch to the final, glorious shipment.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams across borders and time zones (and occasionally, across coffee-fueled chaos).
• Keep timelines crystal clear and ensure milestones are met — no missed deadlines on your watch.
• Propose smarter workflows — we love fresh ideas more than we love a perfectly embossed cap.
• Join in design discussions and help turn good ideas into great packaging.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Legendary organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring calm to international project storms.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset (we're still choosing the right project management software, so your input will be gold).
• Experience in packaging, product development, or a related design/production field (if it's spirits, even better — cheers to that).
• Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or SolidWorks is a big plus.
• A structured, detail-oriented brain paired with a collaborative, easygoing attitude.
WHY JOIN US
• Work with some of the most iconic spirits brands in the world.
• Join a global, multicultural team that values innovation, collaboration, and a good laugh between deadlines.
• Contribute to packaging that people actually stop and admire (before opening the bottle, of course).
• Competitive salary and benefits package — and while we can't pay you in whiskey, we do offer plenty of professional satisfaction.
HOW TO APPLY
If you're highly organized, enjoy a challenge, and think premium spirits packaging is as exciting as we do, we'd love to hear from you.
* Please send your CV along with a short introduction telling us about a time when your ideas or suggestions helped solve a real problem — bonus points if you can make us smile while reading it.
