Project Planner Lead - Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Planner to join our team in Sines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using project management software.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for scheduling.
* Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project timelines.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential delays.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on project status.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the planning process.
* Assist in the procurement process by estimating timelines for resource acquisition.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree:
* Civil Engineering or related field.
* Work Experience:
* Proven experience as a Construction Planner or similar role in the construction industry.
* Skill Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
* Languages:
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred.
