We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Agent (Italian Speaker) to join our team remotely from anywhere in Portugal. Your Mission: Your main goal is to deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales. You will handle inbound customer contacts to identify their needs, recommend the best solutions, and maximize conversion, average order value, and accessory/service attachments. - Keep customer satisfaction as your absolute main objective. - Inform customers about the company's products and services, highlighting their advantages. - Handle objections and close sales confidently. What We Are Looking For: - Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (Native or near-native C2) + Good command of English (Minimum B2). - Previous experience in sales, ideally within a contact center environment. Experience in consumer electronics or technology retail is highly valued! - Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend complete solutions, and close sales. - Strong orientation towards KPIs (client satisfaction, close rate, attach rate, and quality). Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and structured call control. - Ability to navigate multiple systems, document accurately, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Curious by nature, eager to learn, and willing to share your knowledge with the team.
