Cash Collection Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cash Collection Specialist to manage due and overdue balances on customer accounts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maximizing on-time payments.
This professional will be responsible for reporting to the Cash Collection Lead Specialist and working closely with colleagues across departments.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing cash flows, negotiating with customers, and implementing effective strategies to reduce delinquencies.
As a key member of our team, this individual will play a vital role in ensuring timely collections, minimizing losses, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
1. Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment from customers.
2. Negotiate with customers to resolve disputes and increase payment efficiency.
3. Analyze data to identify trends and optimize collection strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
* Fluent Swedish Speaker (C1/C2 level)
* Good Level of English
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Excellent Communication Abilities
* Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
