About the Role
We are seeking a driven Trade & Revenue professional to join our team in Iberia. As a Trade & Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for creating value through the full spectrum of TRM levers, achieving positive impact on Net Sales/Profitability/Cashflow.
* Commercial Policy: Work with the Commercial Team to design optimum commercial policy to drive best-in-class activation of brands across different channels, while meeting GTN targets and maximizing Pay-for-Performance approach.
* Pricing: Responsible for the pricing process locally, ensuring to drive price increase leveraging defined pricing strategy (price index vs competitors & pack price architecture).
* Promotion: Conduct promo ROI analysis to drive cost-efficient allocation of in-store activation investment across brands.
* Mix: Responsible for monitoring & driving positive SKU, brand, channel, and customer mix through tailored action plan based on detailed analysis, data and strategy.
* Portfolio Optimization/Simplification: Act as the local lead to work with EULA & global to find portfolio optimization like shared packaging or harmonized pack size across country.
* Innovations: Being part of the local innovation process to define a sustainable and profitable go-to-market approach with the right GTN investment.
* Lead Sales Out to Sales In translation as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and collaborate with Country.
Requirements
* Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/finance/analytics.
* Experience: At least 5 years previous work experience in revenue management, commercial, and/or finance. FMCG/consumer healthcare/consultancy background especially in the Iberia market. Commercial aptitude is key.
* Soft skills: High learning agility. Ability to challenge and drive change. Ability to easily extract insight from data to feed into compelling commercial strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
* Technical skills: Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese (a plus).
