/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliAnalysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
/liliPreparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
/liliAnalysis and selection of CV's.
/liliPhone surveys when necessary.
/liliSourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
/liliPerforming and conducting interviews with candidates.
/liliWriting and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
/liliEditing CV's according to the Decskill format.
/li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
/liliAt least 3 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.
/liliPrevious experience in recruiting IT profiles.
/liliBe a dynamic person with good communication skills.
/liliA team player with a spirit of collaboration.
/liliA person with a good working attitude and commitment.
/liliBe results-oriented.
/liliSpeak other languages, like English.
