Overview
A UWU Solutions is currently seeking a candidate to take on the role of HR Manager and Business Development Lead in the HR consulting field, focusing on the strategic development of internal teams and business expansion. The role involves effective project implementation for payroll and recruitment services.
Responsibilities
* Manage the payroll processing cycle: receive variables, verification, closing, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and timely legal obligations (Social Security, ACT, AT, etc.).
* Handle employment contracts, hiring, termination, and other administrative processes.
* Support cross‑functional HR projects such as performance evaluation, recruitment, training, and organizational climate.
* Lead development business projects in HR: payroll, recruitment, and similar services.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to adapt the product to client needs, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Analyze performance indicators and produce progress reports.
* Assist leadership in defining expansion and innovation strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Communication, or similar fields.
* Minimum 5‑6 years of experience in management and/or business development, preferably in HR.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic mindset oriented to results.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (preferred).
