Quality Operations Lead
As a Quality Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our high-volume B2B outbound cold email system.
You will be responsible for preventing repeat failures, enforcing daily quality control gates, and running fast root-cause analysis to identify and fix issues before they impact our campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
* Daily quality control across list preparation, campaign setup, and live sends. Campaigns will be paused until issues are resolved.
* Bounce and spam signal control through auditing failures, identifying causes, and implementing fixes before the next send.
* Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) enforcement by translating documented rules into simple daily checklists that get followed in practice.
* Drift prevention by redesigning steps until compliance becomes natural.
* Operational memory by keeping the 'why' behind rules and fixes current so the system can survive turnover.
Day-to-day tasks
* Review yesterday's failures and classify causes.
* Sample lists for hygiene issues before they go live.
* Verify spacing rules to ensure prospects are not hit too frequently across campaigns.
* Audit executor output, pass or fail it, and escalate blockers immediately.
* Pick the top recurring failure each week and eliminate it permanently.
