Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Service Management efforts. As HR Systems Digital Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR IT systems landscape, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement robust system architecture that meets business requirements.
* Analyze and optimize Time-to-Pay processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage application lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
* Oversee integrations for Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
* Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standards.
* Monitor system performance and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
* Support vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service level agreements.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and time & attendance IT support across at least two regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
* Proven track record working with payroll and T&A in countries with complex legal frameworks (e.g., Germany, France, Italy).
* Solid understanding of regulations relevant to payroll and time management, especially in the EU.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, SAP SuccessFactors, and business process mapping is a plus.
