The role of a Talent Acquisition Associate involves supporting our dynamic Talent Acquisition team based in Luxembourg with the recruitment of trainee and graduate profiles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, screen applications, coordinate assessments, conduct screening calls, facilitate decision-making, and issue offers/contracts. Additionally, you will coordinate daily with our administrative department, including contract issuance and reception tracking, and act as liaison between candidates and internal teams.
* Manage the recruitment process from job posting to pre-boarding, including application screening, assessment coordination, and offer issuance;
* Coordinate daily with our administrative department, including contract issuance and reception tracking, and serve as liaison between candidates and internal teams;
* Assist TA Advisors with graduate and trainee hiring coordination, including candidate tracking and documentation, as well as supporting administrative compliance;
* Provide on-site support during attraction and recruitment events, including logistics, registration, and follow-ups;
* Communicate regularly within the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team to ensure alignment, sharing updates, and delivering a seamless candidate and recruiter experience;
* Contribute to improving candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process;
* Maintain and update internal data systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms to support strategic decision-making and compliance.
