Oracle EBS 12.2 Upgrade Program Manager
Our organization seeks a highly experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program.
* Minimum of 12 years' experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of leading complex enterprise initiatives;
* Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, upgrade methodologies, and integrations;
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and infrastructure);
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Portuguese and English;
* Leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities are essential;
* Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program from planning through post-go-live support;
* Engaging with client and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
* Developing and maintaining project plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers;
* Communicating progress clearly through regular status meetings and reports to senior leadership;
* Coordinating resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
* Driving success by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
