Join us to play a key role in shaping end‐to‐end supply chain strategies for new product launches, working across a dynamic, international network of plants, suppliers, and customers to build efficient and innovative value streams. Your main tasks Align Supply Chain NPI strategy and KPIs in close collaboration with the Manager Supply Chain NPI to effectively drive supply chain performance for new and, where applicable, existing products. Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain, from product development through to finished goods delivery. Design, measure, and continuously improve value streams based on defined LEAN principles across suppliers, TE plants, and customers in cross-functional collaboration (Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Finance, S&OP, Planning). Support project teams with comprehensive, project-specific logistics cost calculations (transportation, warehousing, duties) within defined parameters. Coordinate returnable packaging concepts and processes (where applicable) in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure Supply Chain Readiness across all defined project gate phases. Secure timely and accurate master data setup in collaboration with Finance and Master Data teams. Drive IBP forecast deployment and validate capacity feasibility in alignment with S&OP. Ensure system readiness to support sample production and early project phases. Identify supply chain risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, leveraging best practices and benchmarks. Define and coordinate actionable improvement plans to ensure effective and sustainable implementation. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Manager Supply Chain NPI to support informed sourcing decisions based on Supply Chain Readiness. Your ideal background Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering or other relevant fields Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience - preferably in Automotive. Ideally 1-year cross plant value stream experience. Experience with supply chain and demand planning software applications (SAP, IBP, Excel advanced level). Understanding of the Automotive Industry and TE-specific technologies Good communication skills, able to communicate across the organization. Problem solving, strategic and tactical thinking, and analytical skills. Organizational and project management skills. General knowledge of operations/manufacturing systems, including quality methods and MRP concepts. Good in English, both written and spoken.
