The role - Software
Asset Manager
We are looking
for a Software Asset Manager who will be responsible for the operational oversight of all software installation service requests, as well as the administration of portfolio databases. Your main
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing and monitoring the firm's software installation requests
* Managing and maintaining the software portfolio
* Providing responsive and knowledgeable support for queries related to software installation service requests, in alignment with IT asset management standards
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in the process (end users, IT services, Software Management team)
* Escalating issues and reporting to the Software Management team when necessary.
Your profile
* BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least one year of professional experience in IT customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and comfortable working in a general Windows environment
* Understanding of service management tools is required
* Familiarity with working in a ticketing system
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
