We are currently looking for a Management Accountant & Controller with strong accounting and financial management skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Description
* Perform accounting entries covering general ledger, accounts payable/ receivables and partners invoicing;
* Support the closing processes;
* Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and other controls;
* Banking control, reconciliation and cash management;
* Support and provide information as required for audit processes;
* P&L analysis, including monthly close, variance analysis, and preparation of management reporting;
* Support annual budget and forecast preparation;
* Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting.
Profile
* Academic Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or similar;
* Previous professional experience in similar positions for a minimum of 3 years;
* IFRS and USGAAP knowledge (preferential);
* SAP knowledge (preferential);
* Advanced Excel (mandatory);
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities;
* Capacity to work with people from different cultures and locations and to build good and strong relations.
