The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions to support business needs within this Fintech. This role requires expertise in Python, SQL, and Azure to lead technical projects and ensure efficient data management.
Description
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and integration solutions.
Develop and maintain data models and architectures to support business intelligence efforts.
Lead technical teams in delivering data engineering projects on time and within scope.
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Implement best practices in data security and compliance within the healthcare industry.
Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve data engineering processes.
Profile
A successful Senior Data Engineer should have:
Proven experience with Python and SQL for data engineering tasks.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services for data management and analytics.
Previous experience in a technical leadership role within the technology department (favorable).
Familiarity with data governance practices and healthcare industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
