The Senior Support Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations, providing proactive support to senior management. This involves expert calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Calendar Management: Develop, update, and maintain calendars for senior managers, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimal conflicts.
* Prioritization & Judgement: Schedule meetings and handle requests with discretion, exercising sound judgement at all times.
* Meeting Logistics: Coordinate room bookings, virtual/Teams links, and visitor access, guaranteeing smooth meeting execution.
* Travel & Expenses: Arrange and book travel, as well as complete expense submissions, upholding high standards of professionalism.
* Proactive Resolution: Continuously monitor and resolve calendar conflicts, preventing potential disruptions.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in an administrative or coordinator role supporting multiple senior leaders/executives is essential.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent English (spoken and written) is required, with a C1 level proficiency.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Outlook/Teams/Concur is mandatory.
