We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.
You will directly support the Supply Chain Manager in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, and import and export processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain.ResponsibilitiesSupport the acquisition of materials and services, complying with internal and quality procedures regarding supplier qualificationMonitor stock levels and prepare material order plansExecute and track orders to suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with requirementsUpdate and maintain master data in the ERP (MOQ, delivery times, supply conditions, etc.)Interact with freight forwarders and customs authorities in the context of the import and customs clearance processCollaborate in the evaluation of suppliers, handling complaints and monitoring non-conformitiesProvide support in negotiations with suppliers and the qualification of alternativesCollaborate in the creation and maintenance of product codes and BOMs in the ERPRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or similar areasUp to 2 years of professional experience in similar roles will be valuedGood knowledge of computer tools (MS Excel, ERPs – SAGE X3 valued)Analytical and organizational skillsGood communication skills (including negotiation) and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of English (spoken and written)#J-*****-Ljbffr
