GTL and Project Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled GTL and Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing critical support to various areas of the business.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparation and support of the areas for the GTL process, monitoring of suppliers, daily analysis of received cargos that are not according to the GTL principles, management of complaints, issuance of debit notes, continuous improvement of related processes, and daily and management reports.
You will also collaborate and support in projects requested by the client outside the scope of GTL. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering: We require a degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering as a minimum qualification. A similar degree will also be considered.
* 5 Years of Experience in Automotive Industry: While experience in the automotive industry is preferable, it's not mandatory. However, we expect you to have a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
* Knowledge of Incoming Logistics Processes and VW Logistic Softwares: Familiarity with incoming logistics processes and VW logistic softwares will be an added advantage. If you have experience with these systems, please highlight them in your application.
* Quality of Work: You must demonstrate high standards of quality in your work. This includes attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
