Senior UX/UI Designer and Researcher Position
We are seeking an accomplished Senior UX/UI Designer and Researcher to join our team.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user research strategies, translating insights into actionable design solutions, conducting generative research, prototyping, and iterating based on findings. They will also facilitate ideation sessions, usability sessions, and design critiques, as well as educate designers and product team members on conducting research and adhering to design best practices.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, Design or equivalent practical experience.
* 6+ years of combined professional experience in an applied setting, with a proven track record of significant contributions in UX Design and UX Research.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX Research, including generative, end-to-end research, and usability studies, utilizing various methods.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design, including creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototyping, information architecture, and interaction and visual design within an established design system.
