Your Journey as a Recruitment Trainee
You will be guided and trained to:
* Support the recruitment team in managing vacancies across multilingual markets
* Assist in sourcing and pre-screening candidates through various tools and platforms
* Participate in interviews and candidate follow-up under the supervision of a Recruitment Manager
* Contribute to enhancing candidate experience and internal communication processes
* Collaborate with a young, multicultural team and gain real exposure to international recruitment operations
Requirements
What We are Looking For
* Based in Vila Nova de Famalicão or nearby
* Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related areas
* Passion for people, communication, and multicultural environments
* Good level of English (spoken and written)
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment
