About This RoleThe Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including senior-level and specialized positions.
This role requires a strategic approach to identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR & Finance business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and provide a world-class candidate experience.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations for a range of positions.
Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best fit for the role.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and delivering a seamless recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand by representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with the company's diversity and inclusion goals.
Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on recruiting technical talent at all levels and across multiple geographies (Portugal, US, EMEA).
Other recruitment experience in other areas (Sales, Marketing, Legal Finance and HR)
Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth industry is a plus.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
