Operations Manager
We are establishing a new logistics facility near Porto, Portugal.
* Plan and manage manpower to meet service levels.
* Oversee the receipt, storage, supply, and shipment of aircraft materials.
* Lead and develop a team through communication, coaching, and feedback.
The team is responsible for ensuring process compliance with our Quality Management System and driving operational improvements. We coordinate and communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in intralogistics.
* Leadership experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
* Strong computer skills (MS-Office).
