About the Role: IS Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Support legal counsel and trade compliance functions through IT solutions.
* Act as part of a project team, working closely with other Business Analysts.
* Contribute to process improvements and solution scope expansion.
* Provide daily user support and incident resolution.
* Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
* Identify opportunities for new features and functionality within legal systems.
* Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
* Conduct risk analysis and support decision-making processes.
* Write and review technical and functional documentation.
* Assist in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Contribute to release planning, impact analysis, and regression testing.
Required Skills:
* Prior experience in legal or corporate compliance IT systems (CLM experience is a strong plus).
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work in international teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
* Willingness to support both ongoing operations and new project implementations.
