Drive Business Value as a Process Expert
Syone is seeking an experienced Process Expert to join its banking team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business challenges, analyzing processes, and creating solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in financial services.
* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
* Convert business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
* Lead workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders.
* Execute gap analysis and process mapping initiatives.
* Develop process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
* Support development and QA teams during testing and delivery.
* Ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Requirements Include:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience with requirements analysis and documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience with Calypso.
* Fluent English.
