Job description
Your LittleBig responsibilities
As an Automation Quality Engineer, you will be an essential part of an agile team within a product tribe, consisting of a Product Manager, Tech Lead, Developers, and yourself as the QA expert. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. You will use a variety of automation tools and best practices to integrate testing into our continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, ensuring that we deliver high-quality features efficiently and consistently.
Key responsibilities:
* Update and create automated test scripts to execute scenarios efficiently and reproducibly within sprints.
* Execution manual validation
* Deliver high-quality builds within specified deadlines.
* Maximize test coverage for critical system features.
* Prioritize test scenarios and create execution plans.
* Write and update documentation for automated processes, including xray tests, test plans, procedures, and test cases.
* Manage anomalies discovered during the validation cycle, from detection and analysis to reporting to development teams and requalification with constructive feedback, ensuring follow-up in bug resolution.
Candidate Profile
* 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer specializing in automated testing for web applications.
* Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with practical experience in writing automation scripts using frameworks like Selenium.
* CI/CD and DevOps Knowledge: Experience with integrating QA automation in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and GitLab.
* Testing Tools Expertise: Proven experience with testing tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Xray. Experience with advanced tools like RobotFramework or Playwright is advantageous.
* International work experience and comfort working in English.

* Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and a sense of responsibility and exemplarity.
* Proactive in proposing practical and effective solutions to problems, with an ability to anticipate.
