We are looking for a Production-Manufacturing Engineering leader to join the Engineering/Maintenance Department (Plastic Injection Molding Process), with the aim of overseeing the launch of new projects that have a significant impact on the plant, as well as continuing to monitor mass‐produced products. Key Responsibilities Project Management and Industrialization Monitor projects during the launch phase, from initial communication with Group teams to approval for mass production Coordinate cross‐functional teams involved in project execution Develop and follow project schedules in collaboration with Maintenance and other departments Training and Process Deployment Train operational teams (Supervisors, GAP Leaders, initial production teams) on new processes Ensure proper implementation of new production standards Continuous Improvement and Performance Lead continuous improvement initiatives during both development and mass production phases Organize workshops to enhance efficiency and process performance Ensure productivity and reliability of existing processes Process and Change Management Validate acceptance and development of new processes and product features Manage and implement changes requested by customers or internal stakeholders, in coordination with Business and Purchasing teams Industrial Organization and Capacity Planning Review and adapt factory layout on a regular basis and for new projects Evaluate machine and space capacity to meet changes in customer demand and production volumes, in collaboration with Logistics Risk and Quality Management Conduct process risk analysis in collaboration with the Quality Department Required Skills Strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance Experience with SAP (data extraction and analysis) Knowledge of FMEA and control plans Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) #J-18808-Ljbffr
