Job Title:
Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle, ensuring that all suppliers adhere to the Statement of Work (SoW) and foster a collaborative partnership.
They will define, implement, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both Application Management Services (AMS) and Evolution services.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a thorough understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management and managing external IT service providers
* Strong practical knowledge of ITIL v4 and its application in service delivery
* Demonstrable experience with SLA/KPI management, performance reporting, and contract/SoW oversight
* Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, particularly ServiceNow
