We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Arazede (Portugal).
You'll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing warehouse operations, and optimizing transport routes for automotive parts and tires — ensuring that everything runs smoothly from supplier to customer.
What you'll do:
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
Manage transport and customs documentation
Plan and monitor national distribution routes
Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse teams
Ensure data accuracy and efficiency across all logistics flows
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in logistics coordination or transport operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems proactively
Proficiency in Excel and logistics software (WMS/TMS)
Fluent in English and Portuguese
