* Technical initiatives: Lead the implementation of technical solutions, collaborating with DevOps/Platform Engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Servicing: Manage order ticketing, ensuring that client expectations are met, and service levels are maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project and service management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using Jira and EasyVista.
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
