The Role: Scrum Master Location: Lisbon Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office Sector: Financial Services ️ Languages: English (C1) Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there Mandatory Requirements (Non‐Negotiable) - Strong experience in Scrum / Agile environments; - Solid knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective); - Exposure to SAFe / Agile at Scale concepts; - Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation; - Experience with Jira for backlog and sprint management; - Strong IT collaboration and team facilitation skills. Nice to have: - Experience with SonarQube and MS Office reporting tools; - Experience with impediment management and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team delivery; - Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization; - Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices; - Identify and remove impediments to delivery; - Track team progress and Agile metrics (velocity, sprint goals, performance); - Support Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the team.
