We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Porto!
In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our Level 1 Support and Development teams. You’ll be responsible for handling Level 2 incidents, investigating and resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of our applications.
Your Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support incidents escalated by the Level 1 team
* Analyze application bugs and deliver reliable fixes in collaboration with developers
* Write, test, and deploy small to medium bug fixes (mainly in PHP and JavaScript)
* Monitor application performance and logs to detect and prevent issues
* Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for recurring incidents and solutions
Your Profile
* Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL
* Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using Git and working with ticketing systems
* Autonomous, structured, and proactive
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Fluent in English – French is a plus
