As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organisation by leading technical discovery, architecting solutions and supporting the full pre-sales cycle across multiple industries and use cases.
You will partner with Sales Executives to qualify opportunities, design end-to-end conversational AI solutions, estimate implementation effort and build demos and prototypes that accurately reflect customer needs.
This role requires strong analytical skills, deep curiosity and the ability to translate complex business processes into robust, AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects, partners and solution stakeholders
* Translate customer requirements, constraints and processes into clear solution approaches
Technical Requirements:
* Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing technical role
* Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompt design, RAG principles and agent orchestration
* Confident working with AI tools and capable of constructing well-structured prompts, system instructions and agent behaviours
* Solid grasp of APIs, cloud/SaaS architectures and common enterprise technical constraints
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in Portuguese. Competent and comfortable communicating in Spanish or English with internal teams and with customers
* OK with travelling internationally for client facing engagements and events
