What will be your role?
Social Media – Post writing, planning and scheduling, Community Management (reply to all private messages in a 48h deadline), Develop a document of Template Answers in ENG + FR + PT of the most common questions
Internal Newsletter – Gather stories and write articles monthly
Internal Events – Define and Implements company’s internal events (concept creation, negotiate with suppliers, allocate needed resources, define budget). Follow through the event on the day.
Corporate Social Responsibility – Define and implement 2 to 4 CSR activities per year.
Intranet and Corporate TVs – Update weekly all internal communication channels.
Degree in communications
Strong performance in a prior position (1 to 3 years) in internal or external communication in an international, multicultural setting
Strong affinity for digital media and technology; sound working knowledge of edition software
Native/Fluent in: Portuguese and French with good English level.
