HR Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing tasks related to human resources administration, such as onboarding and contract management. They will also support employees with HR-related requests and clarifications, provide HR administrative support for operations in various regions, and prepare and submit legal reports in line with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as HR, psychology, or social sciences. They will also have knowledge of Portuguese labor law and tax topics, as well as experience with SAP HCM and/or Workday and ServiceNow. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, are essential. A digital mindset, with interest and experience in IT tools and applications, is also required. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
* Key Responsibilities:
