Location: Braga, PortugalWork Model: On-site / Hybrid (depending on project wave)Employment Type: Full-time (6-month renewable contract)Role OverviewJoin a growing international team supporting customers across Europe in the automotive digital services sector.As a French-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll help users navigate connected car technologies, resolve inquiries, and deliver a seamless digital experience — all while working in one of Portugal's most vibrant cities.Main ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and empathetic manner.Provide accurate information on digital automotive products, services, and account access.Troubleshoot and resolve technical or procedural issues related to digital platforms.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.Stay informed about new product features, service updates, and company policies.RequirementsFluent in French (C1–native level) and good English communication skills (B2 level minimum).
Completion of secondary education (minimum 12th grade).
Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or digital support is an advantage.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Interest in the automotive and technology industries.Good command of digital tools and CRM systems.Eligible to work legally in Portugal (valid residence/work permit).
