Asset Management Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our team.
* This role involves reviewing monthly reports and forecasts against budgets and overall targets.
* The analyst will be responsible for defining annual budgets and reviewing the annual CAPEX plans and FFE purchase requests.
* They will analyze and produce reports with recommendations to assist in decision making which will ultimately increase the assets' value.
* The successful candidate will have experience with finance and accounting, including profit and loss statements, cash flow and overall accounting principles, KPIs and metrics that evaluate hotel performance.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing financial reports and providing analysis and insights to support business decisions.
* Defining and implementing budgeting processes and procedures.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel managers and other teams.
