Our Needs
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
* At least one year of experience as an IT Recruiter;
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels;
* A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, meeting timelines and KPIs;
* Proficiency in both Portuguese and English (mandatory).
