Sales Trade Development Specialist
Overview:
The Sales Trade Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our shipping operations. Reporting to the Sales Development Supervisor, this dynamic individual will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and managing customer relationships, and promoting Group products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify commercial market opportunities and prospect customers to develop and monitor their portfolios
- Sell Group products and services, advising customers on specific transport modalities (Reefer, Out of Gauge…), while ensuring compliance with pricing policies
- Receive and process customer requests, providing top-notch service and support
- Plan and conduct commercial visits according to action plans, producing detailed visit reports
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
